FAQ

Where is my data stored? Your training records and profile stay only on your iPhone. There is no account and they are never sent to a server.

Where do ads appear? A small banner at the bottom of the screen, and a full-screen ad during rest about once every three rests. Ads never appear while you enter weight or reps. If you see an inappropriate ad, please email us what it was and when it appeared.

How do I delete my data? Use “すべてのデータを消去” (Erase all data) in the Settings tab, or delete the app.

Can I move my records to a new iPhone? Yes, when you restore the new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup.

Rest timer notifications don’t arrive. Allow notifications in iOS Settings → Notifications → SUMI LIFT, and turn on the rest notification in the app’s Settings tab.

Are the rank and estimated 1RM exact? They are training guides based on public strength standards and the Epley formula, not medical measurements.
