SUMI LIFT（以下「本アプリ」）は、個人開発者 相川元（GEN AIKAWA） が提供しています。連絡先：ultra.aikgen007@gmail.com

本アプリは、利用者が入力した次の情報を、トレーニング記録とランク判定のために使用します。

• 性別・年齢・体重・筋トレ経験・トレーニングする曜日
• 種目・重量・回数・セット数・メモなどのトレーニング記録
• 睡眠や筋肉痛などの体調の自己評価、アプリの設定

これらのトレーニング記録・プロフィールはすべてお使いのiPhone内にのみ保存されます。本アプリにはアカウント登録がなく、これらの情報を運営者や第三者（広告事業者を含む）のサーバーへ送信することはありません。

本アプリは無料で提供するため、Google LLC の広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用し、画面下部のバナー広告と、トレーニングの休憩中にときどき（おおむね3回の休憩に1回）全画面広告を表示します。セットの入力中に広告が表示されることはありません。

広告の配信・効果測定・不正防止のため、Google AdMob は、端末やアプリに関する情報（IPアドレス、端末の種類・OS、広告の表示やタップの状況など）を自動的に取得することがあります。本アプリは、最初の起動時にトラッキングの許可（App Tracking Transparency）をお尋ねします。許可された場合のみ、広告識別子（IDFA）を利用して関連性の高い広告を表示します。許可されなかった場合は、IDFAを使用しない広告（非パーソナライズ広告）を表示します。トレーニング記録やプロフィールが広告に使われることはありません。

欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国などでは、Google の同意管理ツールにより広告の利用に関する同意をお伺いし、設定タブの「広告のプライバシー設定」からいつでも変更できます。広告は一般向け（全年齢）のものに限定しています。

Google によるデータの取り扱いについては、Google のプライバシーポリシー（policies.google.com/privacy）および「Google がパートナーのサイトやアプリからの情報を使用する方法」（policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites）をご覧ください。

上記以外に、本アプリは氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報（GPS）・連絡先・写真を取得しません。運営者が利用者の情報を販売することはありません。

休憩終了をお知らせするため、許可をいただいた場合にiPhone内でローカル通知を作成します。通知のためのデータが外部へ送信されることはありません。通知はiPhoneの設定またはアプリの設定でいつでもオフにできます。

設定タブの「すべてのデータを消去」、または本アプリの削除によって、保存された情報をすべて削除できます。運営者は利用者のデータを保有していないため、運営者側で閲覧・削除する必要はありません。

iCloudバックアップなどiPhone本体のバックアップを有効にしている場合、Appleのバックアップ機能により本アプリのデータもバックアップに含まれることがあります。

本アプリは子ども向けに作られたものではありません。13歳未満の方の情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

The app uses the following information that you enter, only to keep your training log and calculate your rank:

• Sex, age, body weight, training experience and training days
• Training records such as exercises, weight, reps, sets and notes
• Self-reported condition (sleep, soreness) and app settings

Your training records and profile are stored only on your iPhone. There is no account, and this information is never sent to the developer’s or any third party’s servers, including advertisers.

To keep the app free, it uses Google AdMob (Google LLC) to show a banner at the bottom of the screen and, occasionally during rest (about once every three rests), a full-screen ad. Ads never appear while you are entering a set.

To deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google AdMob may automatically collect device and app information such as IP address, device type and OS, and ad impressions and taps. On first launch, the app asks for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency). Only if you allow it does the app use the advertising identifier (IDFA) to show more relevant ads; if you do not allow it, it shows non-personalized ads without the IDFA. Your training records and profile are never used for ads.

In the EEA, the UK and similar regions, Google’s consent tool asks for your consent, and you can change it any time from “広告のプライバシー設定” (Ad privacy settings) in the Settings tab. Ads are limited to content suitable for general audiences.

Apart from the above, the app does not collect your name, email address, GPS location, contacts or photos. The developer never sells your information.

If you allow it, the app schedules local notifications on your iPhone to tell you when rest is over. No data leaves your device for this. You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings or in the app.

Use “すべてのデータを消去” (Erase all data) in the Settings tab, or delete the app, to remove all stored information. The developer holds none of your data.

If you use iCloud or computer backups, Apple’s backup feature may include the app’s data in your device backup.

The app is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
